Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since starred on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor and comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City as the older of her two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert a talent coordinator and comedian/actress Chris Elliott. Her father was radio comic Bob Elliott. Their younger sister, actress Bridey Elliott, was born in Wilton. She was a student at Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she performed in school plays and musicals. After graduation from Immaculate High School in 2005 She enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but dropped out during the first year of her studies .In the year 2010, Elliott dated the fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. Their relationship ended in September 2011. On September 3 of 2016, Elliott got married to Bill Kennedy, a television writer. Edith Pepper Kennedy was born to them. Elliott went to comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began doing training and appearing in various sketch comedy shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
