Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). Cook is an Italian-born.
