Jacques Bermon Webster II (born on April 30, 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is the combination of the first name and the nickname of his most beloved uncle, Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi. Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his debut major-label deal with Epic Records as well as an agreement to publish for Kanye West’s GOOD Music. He signed a joint agreement with Epic Recordings and T.I. He is signed to Epic and T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013.
